WHAT ARE THE TERMS, AND HOW MUCH CAN I BORROW?
* Fully amortized loan are a fixed 3% interest rate
* Loans can be up to $65,000 for single-family homes
* Loans can be up to $30,000 per unit on investor property
* Most loan terms are 15 years but can be between 5-15 years
* In some cases we offer Emergency grants up to $2,000
