Accessibility Modifications at low or no cost. Service fees are charged on a
sliding scale according to income and ability to pay. CID adheres to the philosophy that individuals with
disabilities, regardless of age have the right to be in maximum control of their
lives, are entitled to receive services and support that will enable them to
participate in society as fully as they choose, and have the right to live in a
society that is free from physical and attitudinal barriers. CID has been
installing modifications in Redwood City and the rest of San Mateo County since
1979.
