Villa Montgomery

Construction of Villa Montgomery, a 58 unit high-density mixed use affordable housing project located at 1540 El Camino Real was completed in late August, 2007.  The project was made possible by a partnership between the City of Redwood City, the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency and First Community Housing (FCH), a non-profit developer.

Emergency and Minor Home Repairs Program [pdf, 231K]

Senior homeowners in Redwood City can call the Redwood City Minor Home Repair Program for FREE minor repairs to their homes. Experienced handymen perform minor home repairs free of charge to make homes safe, energy efficient, and comfortable.
