Background

Peninsula Habitat for Humanity is an interfaith housing program building decent and affordable ownership housing in partnership with families who have very low incomes. The City partnered with Habitat to create this site to help revitalize the Friendly Acres area and to create affordable housing.

Current Status

All 36 units are completed.

Villa Montgomery and Habitat for Humanity Lincoln Townhomes

Villa Montgomery rental units completed in September 2007. Lincoln Townhomes (ownership) completed in May 2009.

Background

Formerly the site of Precision Auto Care, Chevron and several residential units.

Current Status

58 rental units were developed by First Community Housing.

8 ownership units were developed by Peninsula Habitat for Humanity.
